@penny@popbob.wtf@iris the key allows you to migrate your account to another PDS so (for example) if your PDS host kept deleting your stuff or did some shady shit and blocked you from migrating to another PDS you can use it to migrate anyways, or if someone hijacks the PDS rotation key and moves you to their PDS without consent
